(What you need to know about Spinnaker Ridge)

Communication about our community is done through our website. As a new homeowner you will be given a “Consent to Receive” form to be filled out, signed and returned to a Board member or a member of the Admin Committee. Upon receipt of this form you will be given a User Guide directing you on how to access the website and a User Guide directing you to access password secured Minutes and Financials. Watch for new posts about what is happening and keep informed about your community.

ADMIN:

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Go to the BOARD OF TRUSTEES tab.  Find a neighbor who is on the Board to provide information.

KEYS

If the keys to the clubhouse / pool were not left by previous owner contact the SRCA President. 

Please make sure you have a spare mailbox key.  You may wish to tape an extra inside your mailbox.

GARBAGE, RECYCLE PICK UP

Currently our garbage (green container) is picked up every Wednesday.  Pick up times vary.

Recycled waste (gray container) is picked up every other Wednesday.

Lawn Recycle is picked up on alternate Wednesdays.

Please be reminded that our CC&R’s state that “suitable containers…shall be shielded or screened from neighboring property…and/or Common Areas, and/or roadways.”

ARCHITECTURE / IMG_1418LANDSCAPE

Go to the ARCHITECTURE / LANDSCAPE TAB, click on “Architecture Guidelines” for homeowner’s responsibility for consulting with the AC regarding procedures to follow when submitting any proposed changes to the exterior of your home. Go to the ARCHITECTURE /LANDSCAPE TAB, click on “Landscape Guidelines” for homeowner’s responsibilities for personal property, gardening guidelines, and common area maintenance as well as procedures for reporting problems to the LC.

Our common ground is maintained by BrightView Landscaping on Fridays which varies.

CLUBHOUSE / POOL / LIBRARY

Clubhouse:

Go to the CLUBHOUSE / POOL tab,  click on “Rules for Private Use for Spinnaker Ridge Clubhouse” or CLUBHOUSE USE REQUEST FORM and “submit” to reserve the clubhouse for your event.

Library:

The library in the club house is for your use.  You are welcome to leave books for others.

Pool:

Pierce County sets the rules and issues our permit based on compliance for our private (not public) pool. Go to the CLUBHOUSE / POOL tab, click on “Pool Rules”.

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE DUES

  • Dues are payable on or before the first of each month

RENTAL CAP

New owners must reside in purchased home for two years before property can be added to rental list. Only six residences at one time may be leased. The trustee in charge of the Legal Committee manages the list of rentals and the list of owners waiting to rent. Go to the ASSOCIATION INFORMATION tab on the website, click on “Leasing / Renting – Amendment to CC&Rs”.
