HOMEOWNER INFORMATION
Communication in Spinnaker Ridge is done through our website posts, Events Calendar, E-blasts and the Clubhouse sign Board, and neighbor to neighbor. On our website you will find upcoming social events, notices, updates, BOT Meeting Minutes, Monthly Financial Statements, and more. If you wish to have something posted, send it to a website administrator and it will be posted for you.
As a new homeowner you will be given a “Consent to Receive” form to be filled out, signed and returned to a Website Administrator Committee. Upon receipt of this form you will be given a User Guide directing you to the website, along with one password that you can use for four protected pages: Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes, Monthly Financials, Member Communications, and a plat sheet showing you where each of us lives. This password provides access to all four pages.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Go to the BOARD OF TRUSTEES tab. Ask a neighbor, Trustee or Administrator. Attend a meeting (shown on the Calendar) , when propmpted by the President at the end of a meeting, you are welcome to ask your question.
MONTHLY MAINTENANCE DUES
- Dues are payable on or before the first of each month

RENTAL CAP
New owners must reside in a purchased home for two years before the property can be added to the rental list. Only six residences at one time may be leased. The trustee in charge of the Legal Committee manages the list of rentals and the list of owners waiting to rent. Go to the Legal Documents tab on the website, click on CC&R’S (Amended 05.29.2007) (Amendment 1: Leasing and Renting)
KEYS
If the keys to the clubhouse / pool were not left by the previous owner contact the SRCA President.
Please make sure you have a spare mailbox key. You may wish to tape an extra key inside your mailbox. SRCA OR THE USPO does not keep extra mailbox keys.
GARBAGE, RECYCLE PICK UP
Currently our garbage (green container) is picked up every Wednesday. Pick up times vary.
Recycled waste (gray container) is picked up every other Wednesday.
Lawn Recycle is picked up on alternate Wednesdays.
Please be reminded that our CC&R’s state that “suitable containers…shall be shielded or screened from neighboring property…and/or Common Areas, and/or roadways.”
