At the 2025 Budget Ratification Meeting SRCA homeowners approved the 2025 Operations budget. This budget includes an increase in the HOA dues from $300 to $310 per month effective January 1, 2025.
As this change is effective January 1, 2025, we ask that you please remember to increase your next HOA dues payment to $310.
