The Clubhouse is absolutely available for homeowner use, however it is vitally important that prior to utilizing the Clubhouse for any activity (social events, private meetings) that all homeowners notify the Administrative Team so the reserved time can be documented. We are required to track use for liability/insurance purposes so even if it’s a short notice reservation.
