Today we began a Board of Trustees Cement Project which will repair the area around the clubhouse (to correct water runoff), parking lot, spa room (to complete the shut down of the old hot-tub in order to meet code), shifting sidewalks, broken curbs, steps from parking lot to pool, cinder block planter. This is a major infrastructure BOT approved improvement. Watch here for news and pictures as we prepare for the future!
