Good Morning Friends and Neighbors,
We hope you are doing well and enjoying our crisp Fall mornings. This notice is to inform you that the SRCA Clubhouse improvements will begin this week. As we’ve shared in prior communications, the Board of Trustees approved an investment of $30,000 at the August 16th SRCA HOA meeting to repair and replace several items in the Clubhouse interior including the following:
- Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) in entry, hallway, main room and kitchen
- Carpet in library
- New refrigerator and dishwasher
- Kitchen cabinets painted, refurbished
- New laminate kitchen countertops
- Removal of shelf and 12” of kitchen cabinet for better access
- Update of some lighting and replacement of bench cushions
The Clubhouse Committee will begin immediately by removing and storing inventory in the library room and kitchen, however the main area of the Clubhouse is still available for your use. We anticipate the items above will be completed approximately within the next six weeks and we will keep you updated.
