Our contract with the new landscaping company has been finalized.
Thank you for reading the following:
- We are happy to announce BrightView Landscaping will begin the week of July 17th
- The weekly day is set up at this time for Thursday (which may change)
- If you have a special request please contact George Babbitt or John Farrington
- BrightView will advise us one week in advance of their plan for the following week. We will notify homeowners of special treatments or other information that may be helpful.
- PLEASE do not make requests directly to the landscapers. Please do not call the company. We have reassured this team that we will filter requests that fit in to our contract. Their time is carefully planned.
- Our sprinklers are ready to go, BrightView will notify us at the right time to turn them on
- Residents are responsible for disposal of your own yard waste. BrightView has limited space in their trucks and yard waste disposal was not included in the contract.
